In 1967 I graduated from the Academy of Applied Arts in porcelain design. I taught there from 1975-2003. Initially, I was a designer in the Silicate Industry Department and from its foundation at the Institute for Basic Training: creative design, design basics and colour. From 2007 I spent another 10 years in Tiszafüred,teaching ceramics and drawing in a reformed art school. I was a designer at the Aquincum Porcelain Factory,as well as at the Magyarszombatfa and Sárospatak ceramics factories until 1980. From 2000-2004 I was a designer at Herendi Porcelain Manufactory.
